While we love our four-legged friends, pets are not permitted at Warren’s, including on our outdoor deck. We welcome trained service animals in accordance with applicable laws.
Do you allow dogs?

Unfortunately, no. While we love being right on the waterfront, the docks surrounding Warren’s are privately owned and leased and are not available for restaurant docking.
We do, however, offer plenty of free on-site parking, so we invite you to make the drive over, and join us for a waterfront meal!
Can we dock our boat and dine?

No. Warren’s Seafood & More is not affiliated in any way with the former Warren’s Lobster House. We are an entirely new and independently operated business that opened in September 2025 under new ownership.
While we are proud to welcome guests to this iconic waterfront location, Warren’s Seafood & More is a separate operating entity with its own ownership, management, and operations.
Can large parties pay with separate checks?
